Chefs Special Series - Kirti Raikar

Hello everyone!!! We have Kirti Raikar, our first culinarian of the Chefs Special Series. She is a food enthusiast who has a passion and love for cooking. Kirti is an LLB graduate and a former IELTS teacher. Being deeply interested in cooking, she is currently pursuing advanced level certification from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science, Bangalore. Let's know more from Kirti. 1. What inspires you to cook? Being an epicure, I enjoy trying and tasting a variety of dishes. My mom is a great cook and cooking with her helped me learn many things. I feel joyful cooking for my loved ones. The happiness I get when they like my dish makes me feel amazing and contented. That's my true inspiration. 2. "Food is the ingredient that binds us together."  With this quote, I commence my journey in food blogging. Why a food blog? That is what I had been asking myself for quite some time. Cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, electric cars being currently discussed around the globe, to choose a food niche was a daunting task. As an Engineer and a German linguist, there were series of topics that I could have chosen. But when it comes to food, there’s a different level of dopamine released in my body.
