When did you start your cooking journey? As a foodie, the journey subconsciously started from my childhood days when my mother cooked Maharashtrian cuisine for everyone. During my career in Sales and, Marketing, I had the opportunity to try a variety of dishes in different regions of Maharastra. It further expanded my interest in learning and understanding the intricacies of different cuisines. Professionally I started cooking on a commercial basis in October 2015. In January 2016, I was awarded the Star Chef of Belgaum at the Rotary Annotsav cooking contest. It further boosted my confidence.   2
